Accord Golf Day 2024

This event will be Compered by our very own Legacy Legend Jed.

The winner and 3 guests will be treated to a day out full of fun, some fantastic prizes, food, a quiz and much more… But most importantly you will be part of something very special as you are helping raise funds for a great local charity.

The Charity Golf Day at Renfrew Golf Club with sponsor Independent Financial Advice Centre includes:

• Goodie bag on arrival.
• Tasty breakfast rolls with tea or coffee.
• Prizes for special hole winners and much more!
• Delicious three-course lunch.
• Raffle & Silent Auction
• Sporting quiz with amazing prizes for the winners.

Four-ball teams will tee off in a shotgun start and enjoy an 18-hole Texas scramble competition, as well as participating in a range of fun competitions throughout the day including, longest drive + nearest the pin.  After the final putt is holed, teams will retire to for a well-earned drink, before sitting down to enjoy a three-course lunch & sports quiz. The day will round off with a raffle draw & auction winners.

The day will help to raise the vital funds needed to support over 1800 patients and their families in the care of the hospice – at home, in the hospice and in the community.

Renfrew Golf Club

Renfrew Golf Club is recognised as one of the finest inland golf courses in Scotland and has the enviable honour of hosting several prestigious events.

It is a very flat, scenic, tree lined parkland course affording views of the River Clyde with the iconic Erskine Bridge in the background views.

Handicap: 18 Maximum (if you’re above 18, you’ll be cut to 18 for this competition)

07:30 – Registration opens; tea, coffee, bacon rolls

08:25 – Event briefing.

09:00 – Gun fires, competition starts.

13:30 – 3 course Lunch in the Clubhouse

15:00 – Sporting Quiz

15:30 – Prize giving / Raffle / Silent Auction

16:00 – approx. finish
