We hope you are enjoying your visit to our Website. Please note that by using this Website and if you enter our competition, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound these terms and conditions hereunder, do not use or access this Website and do not enter the Prize Draw. You must read and accept all of the terms and conditions contained herein together with our Privacy Policy before you may use or access the Website in any way or enter the Prize Draw.
By using the Website and entering the Prize Draw you warrant that you are aged 18 or over or, if you are under 18, you are not consented to enter into the Prize Draw and these Rules.
- Interpretation
In these terms and conditions: –
“Conditions” means these terms and conditions.
“Data Protection Laws” means all laws in any relevant jurisdiction that relate to data protection, privacy, the use of information relating to individuals, and/or the information rights of individual including, without limitation, the Data Protection Act 2018, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 and (from 25 May 2018) the GDPR, and any other laws in force from time to time which implement the UKGDPR, and all applicable formal and informal guidance, rules, requirements, directions, guidelines, recommendations, advice, codes of practice, policies, measures or publications of any Regulatory Authority, and the equivalent in any other relevant jurisdictions, all as amended or replaced from time to time.
“Entrant” means someone who enters the Prize Draw.
“Force Majeure Event” means Any event outwith the reasonable control of Legacycomps, including but not limited to, act of god, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident, extreme weather, war or threat of war, sabotage, pandemic flu or virus, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition, acts, restrictions, regulations, bye-laws, prohibitions or measures or any kind on the part of any governmental, parliamentary or local authority,
strikes, lock-outs or other industrial actions, power cuts or trade disputes (whether involving our employees or of a third party).
“Information” means any and all material contained in this Website.
“Intellectual Property” means any patent, invention, copyright, database right, registered or unregistered design, trademark (whether registered or unregistered), trade name, logo, code, trade secrets, know-how or other industrial or intellectual property right subsisting
anywhere in the world, and applications for any of the foregoing, together with the goodwill thereon.

“Prize(s)” means the benefits awarded via the Legacycomps Prize Draw (more fully described at www.legacycomps.com) and which shall be published on average on a weekly basis.
“Prize Draw” means the competition for ideas which is described in detail here. “Prize Draw Rules” or “Rules” means Conditions 17 to 23 inclusive hereunder. “the User” and “you” means you, the user of this Website.
“the Website” means the website of Legacycomps operating under URL https://legacycomps.com.
“Working Day” means within the hours of 10.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday only, within the not including weekends, bank or statutory holidays.
“Writing” includes any written paper document, and any email correspondence. 2. Basis of Use of the Website

2.1 that you understand, acknowledge and accept the exclusion of liability and disclaimer provisions contained hereafter;

2.14 use the Website to conduct any fraudulent activity including any “pyramid scheme”; “ponzi scheme” or “chain letter”;

- Limitation of Liability
9.1 In no event shall the Promoter’s total liability to You for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the price of the Prize. Without limiting the foregoing, this Prize Draw and any Prize are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied including,
but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
9.2 The Promoter, its agents or distributors will not be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.
9.3 In no event will We be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential losses or damages of whatsoever kind arising out of access to, or the use of this Website or any information contained in it, including loss of profit and the like whether or not in the contemplation of the parties, whether based on breach of contract, delict (tort) (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.4 Legacycomps reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any Entrant if they are believed to have contravened any of the terms and conditions or acted in an illegal manner including any winner who is under the age of 18 years. The decision of Legacycomps is final. No
discussion will be entered into regarding winners of prizes, or any other decisions made by Legacycomps.
9.5 The Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media site on which it is hosted.
- Disclaimer of Warranty
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, We disclaim all implied warranties with regard to the Information on this Website. All such Information is provided on a “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind.
- Force Majeure
11.1 Legacycomps shall not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the Agreement by reason of delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of our obligations in relation to the Prize Draw, if the delay or failure was beyond our reasonable control. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the following shall be regarded as causes beyond our reasonable control:
11.1.act of god, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident; weather, war or threat of war, sabotage, pandemic flu or virus, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition; acts, data breaches, restrictions, regulations, bye-laws, prohibitions or measures or any kind on the part of any governmental, parliamentary or local authority; import or export regulations or embargoes, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial actions, unexpected outages, power cuts or trade disputes (whether involving our employees or of a third-party); or technical problems, external circumstances preventing suppliers delivering against deadlines or preventing delivery of third-party against agreed commitments.
- Delivery
12.1 Where applicable, Legacycomps times of delivery of Prizes are Monday to Friday excluding weekends and Public Holidays.
12.2 Where applicable, Prizes will be sent to the delivery address that you have given at the point of registration. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect or incomplete. Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes.
12.3 Legacycomps shall bear all risk in respect of consignments until delivered to the winner. Once a prize has been received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the Prize shall pass to you.
12.4 Delivery dates are approximate only and not an essential term of the Agreement. Legacycomps shall have no liability in respect of delay in delivery of Prizes.
- Indemnification
13.1 The Entrant shall indemnify Legacycomps and keep Legacycomps indemnified against any liability to any third-party arising out of or connected with the Entrant’s use of the goods or Services.
13.2 The Entrant hereby indemnifies and holds harmless Legacycomps against all claims, demands, losses, damages, costs or expenses howsoever arising incurred by Legacycomps in-connection with the Agreement as a result of a breach by the Entrant of any provision of this Agreement, law or regulation.
- Charity Donations
The Entrant understands and agrees that Legacycomps will donate to a charity of their choosing and are open and transparent in relation to the donation and the charities who receive our contribution.
- Assignation
Legacycomps shall be entitled to subcontract, assign or transfer our obligations or rights to a competent third party or to any associated company whether in whole or in part. The User may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations without our written consent.
- Miscellaneous
These Conditions contain all the terms of your agreement with Us relating to your use of this Website. No other written or oral statement (including statements in any brochure or promotional literature published by us) will be incorporated. Your use of this Website, the Rules and your participation in the Prize Draw shall be governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with the law of Scotland and you agree to submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

- Prize Draw Organiser
The Prize Draw is organised by Jetoma Limited, a Company incorporated in Scotland (Company Number SC725530) and with its registered office at Suite 5, Wilson Business Park, 1 Queen Elizabeth Avenue, Hillington, G52 4NQ (“Legacycomps“).
- Events outwith our control
Legacycomps reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw or the Prize Draw Rules without notice in the event of a Force Majeure Event. Any changes will be posted within these Conditions on the Website. A copy of the Rules may also be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: Prize Draw Rules, Legacycomps, Suite 5, Wilson Business Park, 1 Queen Elizabeth Avenue, Hillington, G52 4NQ.
- Disputes
In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a Prize Draw, the decision of Legacycomps shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
- Entering the Prize Draw
20.1 Entry into the Prize Drawn is dependent on your acceptance of these Conditions and the Rules. By entering the Prize Draw you confirm your acceptance of these Conditions and Rules.
20.2 Each Entrant must register electronically via the Website. To do so, you will be required to follow the online registration process. When purchasing a ticket, you will be required to register with us and complete certain required fields on our Website. This may include the provision of security information such as your identification details and password(s). You agree that you will be responsible for ensuring that such security information is kept secure and confidential at all times. You must inform us immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of these security details or if they become available to an unauthorised party.
20.3. Entries must be made by the entrant, and must not be made through agents or third parties.
20.4 By entering the Prize Draw, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Legacycomps reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
20.5 The address you provide with your Prize Draw entry will be used to send any prizes so please make sure this is correct. Unless stated otherwise in the Prize Draw Notice, Prize Draws are only open to residents of the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland), and you are not entitled to enter the Prize Draw if you are resident outside of the United Kingdom.
20.6 Legacycomps reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the Rules.
20.7 The Entrant understands and agrees that the maximum of 20 tickets may be purchased per person per draw. Any winning ticket purchased which is deemed to belong to an Entrant who has purchased in excess of 20 tickets will be disqualified, subject to these conditions.
20.8 The following additional conditions relate to an Entrant who wants to enter via the postal option:
20.8.1 It is mandatory that every Entrant register online through our Website.
20.8.2 the postal enter must be received by Legacycomps 3 (three) full days before the Prize Draw date.
20.8.3 the Entrant when entering into a Prize Draw must provide an email address, as all entry tickets are issued via email.
20.8.4 the Entrant must provide (on a postcard), full name, address, an email address and the code number for the prize you are entering.
20.8.5 It is only 1 entry per user for postal votes.
20.9 Legacycomps takes no responsibility for postal entries being delayed or lost in the post or prevented from entering the draw in any way.
20.10 Legacycomps shall not be responsible for any loss suffered by the Entrant due to incomplete entries, failed communication, computer or system malfunction using the Website.
20.11 Legacycomps does not accept responsibility for any entries not received due to high internet traffic, computer system failure, hard or software problems or any other technical errors.

Refunds
20.13 All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
Prizes
21.1 Prize winners will be notified in the manner and within the time specified on the Website (and may be contacted by Legacycomps or Legacycomps nominated supplier(s). Prize Draw winner(s)’ names will be published on the Website.
21.2. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Legacycomps reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
21.3. All taxes, insurances, delivery charges, spending money and other expenses (including meals or personal expenses upgrades etc.) as the case may be, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
21.4 Legacycomps will not be responsible for the winners inability to use or claim the prize, based upon the winners nationality or lack of access to a passport or visa, or inability to obtain a driving license, or any issues with the passport office or DVLA, the existence of a criminal record, or any restrictions which prevents the winner from travelling or circumstance that prohibits the winner from accessing the prize, including any issue linked to government policy or regulations of any type, including covid regulations.
21.5 Legacycomps shall bear all risk in respect of consignments until delivered to the Entrant. Once an Order has been received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the Products shall pass to you.
21.6 Delivery dates are approximate only and not an essential term of the Agreement. Legacycomps shall have no liability in respect of delay in delivery to the Entrant.
21.7 The winner is responsible for all relevant paperwork to allow Legacycomps to deliver, including a signed POD (proof of deliver) and proof of age which will be requested prior to any Prize being awarded.
21.8 The winner must be aware that accepting deliver of any prize, including a signing a POD, will mean that all risk will transfer from Legacycomps to you the winner.
21.9 Unless otherwise informed by Legacycomps, We will ensure all necessary paperwork will be completed within 14 days of the Prize being delivered.
21.10 Third party terms and conditions apply to parts of the Prizes where applicable.
22. Intellectual Property Rights
22.1 Entrant’s submissions must not contain any third-party Intellectual Property Rights unless the Entrant can provide an unrestricted licence to use such Intellectual Property Rights for the purposes of the competition, and that such right may be transferred to Legacycomps. It is the responsibility of any winning Entrant in that case to ensure that such transfer takes place prior to payment of any prize.
22.2 Submissions must be free of any dongle, clock, timer, counter, hardware key, copy protection feature, replication device, “virus” or “worm” as those terms are commonly used in the computer industry, or other software code that may lock, disable or erase any of the Intellectual Property Rights, or any other software, programs or data contained within the submission.
22.3 If any material is found not to be owned by the Entrant, and no evidence of the right to use and assign the Intellectual Property Rights has been provided, the submission will be disqualified.
Data Protection (the Draw)
23.1 As a condition of receiving Prizes, winners must agree to consent to providing testimonials, photos and social media posting and offer explicit consent and any ownership of any Intellectual Property Rights to Legacycomps to use the material for promotional purposes.
23.2 Any personal data relating to Entrants will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s consent. Please see our Privacy Policy for further details. Data relating to Entrants will be retained by us for a reasonable period after the Prize Draw to assist us to operate competitions in a consistent manner and to deal with any queries relating to the Prize Draw.
Eligibility
24.1 Employees (or members of the families or households of employees) of Legacycomps are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw. Legacycomps reserves the right not to award a prize if we are aware or have reasonable grounds to believe that a winner is not eligible.
24.2 By entering the Prize Draw, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.
Competition extension policy
25.1 Competitions will not be extended and the prizes will be drawn on or after the closing date.
Failure to sell minimum number of tickets policy
26.1 There will be no minimum ticket numbers and the winner will be drawn on the closing date.
